Team Building and Leadership

For this workshop, students will be going on a fieldtrip to MAGNET: The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network. At MAGNET, students will have the chance to learn more about the manufacturing industry while participating in several group activities. These activities will allow students to show their leadership abilities and how they can be an effective follower. These activities will be followed with a classroom session where students will learn about the types of leaderships and how to be an effective member of a team.
